This Privacy Policy explains how River Market Antiques uses information through Antique Ops, our internal inventory, sales, listing, shipping, and operations application.

1. Who we are

Antique Ops is an internal business application operated by River Market Antiques. It is used to manage River Market Antiques' own inventory and sales activity, including activity conducted through eBay and other connected services.

2. Information we may process

When Antique Ops is connected to eBay, we may process information made available through eBay's APIs that is reasonably necessary to operate our seller account. Depending on the feature being used, this may include:

• seller account and authorization information;
• inventory, product, listing, pricing, and availability information;
• order, transaction, payment-status, fulfillment, shipping, and tracking information;
• limited buyer information provided by eBay when necessary to fulfill an order, such as a recipient name, shipping address, or contact information;
• technical information needed to maintain API connections, including access or refresh tokens.

Antique Ops does not ask for, collect, or store eBay account passwords.

3. How we use information

We use information only for legitimate River Market Antiques business operations, including to:

• create, update, and manage listings;
• synchronize inventory and item status;
• process and fulfill orders;
• purchase or manage shipping services where configured;
• reconcile marketplace activity with our internal records;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Antique Ops;
• comply with legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and marketplace obligations.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information and do not use eBay-derived personal information for behavioral advertising.

Information may be shared only as needed with eBay, shipping or fulfillment providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, and other technical service providers used to operate Antique Ops. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of River Market Antiques, our customers, or others.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, accounting, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, and legal or marketplace requirements. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.

eBay authorization can be revoked through the connected eBay account. We may also remove stored eBay authorization credentials when the integration is disconnected or no longer required.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information handled by Antique Ops. Access is limited to authorized business use. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Third-party services

Antique Ops may connect to third-party services such as eBay and shipping, hosting, or technical service providers. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Our use of eBay data is also subject to the eBay Developers Program requirements and applicable eBay privacy rules.

8. Your choices and requests

If you have a privacy question, want to request access to information we hold about you, or want to request correction or deletion where applicable, contact us using the address below. We may need to retain certain information when required for legal, accounting, security, or transaction-record purposes.
